Building predator trap boxes for the Fiordland Wapiti Foundation

As announced at the September club night, I plan on making 100 predator trap boxes and freighting them down to Te Anau for the FWF to install next year after the ballot. The timber required has already been partially sponsored by ITM Albany and is in my shed ready to go. I just need a handful of trade based helpers to cut, assemble and paint the boxes and possibly someone to help get them to Cams freight yard.

Parking is limited at my place so carpooling might also be a good idea. I’ll put the BBQ on and get some steaks and sausages out of the freezer.
