Our December branch meeting is just around the corner, warm fire, veni-steak sandwiches, prize giveaways you DO NOT WANT TO MISS and a few good tales! We hope you can join us - let’s send 2019 off with a BANG!
The meeting will start at 7:30PM at the Branch club rooms in Pt Chev and our meetings theme this month is Governance. We will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting which will be vital to the club’s ability to operate efficiently now and into the future. All members are encouraged to attend and be a part of the decisions being made to better our Branch.
On top of this, the Committee have been putting in the hard yards to make this a Club Night to remember. We will be holding various prize draws on the night, with some very enticing prizes on offer, including:
A brand new Rifle (calibre and model TBC)*
Free butchery of a Fallow or Red Deer kindly donated by Richard Berger of Gourmet and Game Meat Processors
Guided hunt kindly donated by Paul Carmine of Shooter Weaponised Adventure Tours (to be organised from Feb 2020 onwards)
Other prizes which your committee are organising leading right into the event!
Also not to be forgotten is the awarding of our two running raffles, for a Samsung Note 9 and a $250 Serious Shooters Voucher. Just $10 a ticket for each raffle there is some serious value here for the winners!

This is our last meeting of the year and we won’t be back together till February 2020, so get along and get involved and let’s make this a great night to close the year out.
*The winner of our the Rifle give-away must present a valid NZ Firearms License on the night to accept this prize, if not it shall be awarded to another member at the discretion of the Committee.
