Nicole from the Meat Merchant Whenuapai is heading along to the club rooms as our guest speaker on the March club night. 

With a twenty year career in butchery. Nicole is kind enough to walk us through the process of breaking down an animal in a language we will all understand with a laugh or two thrown in along the way!
